I hope you’re all having a good week and taking care of yourselves. As COVID cases spike around the country and when things will “go back to normal” remains uncertain, I’m here to bring some lightness.
In today’s post I’m rounding up some fun things from around the web! Some of them I’ve purchased, others I’m just eyeing and thought you might like them too. Warning: there’s fall stuff in here 🙂
- Amazon Sheets ($26.50)
These sheets are so good, especially for the price. They’re super light and soft and come in lots of colors and sizes. The queen set includes a fitted sheet, top sheet, and two pillow cases.
2. Tiny Gold Ear Cuff ($10-12)
I ordered this dainty gold ear cuff last week from a small Etsy shop and have been wearing it often. It’s adjustable and comfortable and I love how it just adds that little something extra.

I’ve also been wearing this gold initial necklace almost every day. In my opinion the letter is actually a little smaller than what’s pictured and is great for layering with other pieces.
I picked up the new sheer lipstick in Rose and gloss in Peony and for someone who doesn’t wear a lot of lip products beyond Burt’s Bees original chapstick, I’ve been really pleased with them! In fact, I’m surprising myself at how often I’m reaching for them. They aren’t sticky or goopy and the sheer lipstick in particular has really awesome pigmentation and color stay power. They’re both made with ethically sourced vanilla (did you know that vanilla harvesting has close ties with child labor? I did not.) and the gloss is vegan.

5. Steve Madden Fall Booties ($89.90 regularly $134.95)
Are you following the Nordstrom Anniversary sale? There’s a pair of fall booties that have stood out to me as especially classic and chic this year that I want to pass along. These also come in a gorgeous, deep cognac brown, animal print, and black.
6. NYC Etsy Prints by Pretty in the Pines ($15 and up)
If you’re interested in home decor, I recommend following @prettyinthepines on Instagram and her blog, here. A recent unexpected NYC transplant from North Carolina, Shelby has a great eye for taking any space and making it special.
I know, I know. It’s August. But it’s so damn hot and the idea of a chilly day and some apple cider donuts is really giving me life lately so here we are. Yankee Candle also has 20% off when you enter your email. Tell me this new “Crisp Campfire Apples” doesn’t just scream cozy sweaters and nights at home.
As always thanks so much for popping by and reading!
